n the summer after my junior year in college, I had the privilege of going on a month-long mission trip to Kenya. The trip was sponsored by my school, Wayland Baptist University, and the leader was a science professor who had served as a missionary to Kenya for nineteen years before returning to the States.

February Mission Project

Please contribute canned and non-perishable food items for the Yates Baptist Association Food Pantry.

You can leave your donations in the collection box in the church hallway.

Thanks for your help with this important ministry!

The Mission Friends will be collecting clean, gently used clothes and other items in working order (not decorative) to give to those in need; so please “attack your mess” with the knowledge that you will be helping others.

A box for donations will be in the hallway; collection ends Feb 15th.
